Product Tester Program
Get Rewarded for Testing the Products You Already Buy
Overview
Our Product Tester Program allows customers to receive a reward/reimbursement after purchasing and testing a product.
Simply share your genuine experience and proof of purchase, submit it through our website, and—after verification—you’ll receive a reward directly from us.
This program is not part of any marketplace refund system.
You do not need to return the product to participate.
Returns (Optional & Separate From Tester Rewards)
Our standard return policy allows customers to request a return within 30 days of receiving their item.
Returning the product is optional and is not required to receive a reward under the Product Tester Program.
If you choose to return a product for personal reasons (not related to the tester reward), it must be:
Unused and unworn
In original packaging
With all tags included
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will provide a return label and complete instructions.
Tester Reward Submission (Optional)
As part of the Product Tester Program, customers can receive a reimbursement or reward by sharing feedback about the product.
How to Request a Tester Reward:
Upload a clear screenshot of your published review/feedback and proof of purchase through our submission form.
Provide your preferred reward method:
Bank transfer
GPay / UPI
Amazon gift card
Our team will verify your submission.
Once approved, your reward will be processed using the payment method you selected.
Important Notes:
No product return is required to receive a tester reward.
Do not request or accept a separate refund through Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho or any other marketplace for the same purchase.
Duplicate refund attempts may result in cancellation or delays.
Damages or Issues With Your Order
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at giftraja45@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)
Customized or personalized products
Personal care items
Hazardous materials or flammable items
Gift cards
Sale items
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Returned items must be in their original condition and include proof of purchase.
Refund & Reward Processing Time
Standard returns → Refund issued within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your item.
Product Tester rewards → Processed within 10 business days of approval.
Please allow additional time for banks or payment apps to complete the transfer.
