1. Overview
Our platform provides two types of post-purchase support:
a) Standard Order Support
Assistance related to orders placed through Amazon or Meesho, including general inquiries, product information, and return guidance according to marketplace rules.
b) Voluntary product tester Program
Customers may share their purchase experience by submitting proof of purchase and feedback on our website. After verification, we may provide a reimbursement directly from GiftRaja.
This reimbursement:
Does not require returning the product
Is not connected to marketplace refund systems
Is entirely optional and separate from Amazon/Meesho policies
2. Eligibility
To use our services or participate in thi program, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have purchased a qualifying product from Amazon or Meesho
Provide valid proof of purchase when required
Agree not to request or initiate marketplace refunds if you choose to submit the same order for reimbursement through our website
3. Use of Our Website
You agree to:
Use the website legally and ethically
Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to manipulate the website
Provide accurate, truthful information
4. Third-Party Marketplaces
Our products are sold through Amazon and Meesho.
These platforms maintain their own policies, separate from GiftRaja.
All marketplace-related actions must follow marketplace rules.
5. Purchase Verification
You may be required to upload:
Proof of purchase
Order ID
Screenshot of delivered status
Feedback/review screenshot
Name and contact details
All submitted information must be accurate and clearly visible.
6. Feedback Submission
Customers may voluntarily share feedback after using the product.
Feedback may include:
Screenshot of posted review
A written experience summary
Images of product usage
Submitting feedback does not require returning the product.
7. Product Tester Program
Our program provides a reward after verifying your purchase and feedback.
Important points:
Reimbursements are issued only by GiftRaja, not Amazon or Meesho
Customers must not request refunds/returns from the marketplace for the same purchase
Reimbursement options include:
Bank Transfer
UPI/GPay
Amazon Gift Card
Processing time: 3–7 business days after verification
Incorrect, altered, or unclear submissions will be rejected
8. No Product Return Required for Reimbursement
Customers do not need to return the product to receive a reimbursement through our program.
The product remains with the customer.
9. Optional Standard Returns
If a customer decides independently to return a product (not related to reimbursement):
They must request a return within 30 days of delivery
The product must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Returns must be approved via admin@giftraja.com before sending
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
10. Shipping for Returns
If a return is authorized, we will provide:
Return address
Shipping label
Packaging and shipping instructions
Customers are responsible for shipping the product correctly.
11. Refunds for Returns
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
We will notify you of approval or rejection
If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
Marketplace refunds must follow marketplace policies.
12. Prohibited Marketplace Refund Requests
If you participate in the reimbursement program, you agree:
Not to request refunds or returns through Amazon or Meesho
Not to open claims, disputes, or replacement requests for the same order
Violation may result in denial of reimbursement.
13. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide true and correct information.
Submitting fraudulent documents or manipulated screenshots will result in immediate rejection.
14. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Account Suspension
GiftRaja may restrict or deny participation if suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity is detected.
16. Communications
